Lancing Conditions of Hire
The boat is not booked until the completed booking form and 25% of the hire fee has been received and an invoice sent to the Hirer. The Hirer is responsible for the whole of the hire fee and the balance must be paid 7 days before the hire period commences. Should the Hirer cancel the booking and the craft is not let the Hirer remains responsible for the whole of the hire fee. The party booking the boat must be in the charge of and accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or over. No responsibility is accepted for the loss or damage to the property of Hirers or passengers however caused. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the cruise booked, all money will be refunded in full and the Hirer shall have no further claim. The boat Skipper is responsible for the safety of the boat and its passengers at all times. Passengers must pay due regard to his instructions.
